Trade in artwork program:

Send a photo of the artwork by Lauren Schnarr that you wish to trade in. You will receive a trade in value which can be used to towrds the purchase of a new piece of similar or larger size.

Bringing a selection of artwork directly to your home or office is a sure way to identify what makes you feel good and suits your space.

Lauren is very experienced and knowledgeable in art consultations. She will guide you through the best choices to make your walls and space sensational!

This service available to most areas in Metro Vancouver, B.C., Bowen Island, B.C. & Whistler, B.C.

This personalized service fee is $400.00 CAD and includes a discussion or two prior to the delivery. If a minimum of $600.00 CAD of artwork is purchased, the fee of $400.00 will be applied to the purchase.

Lauren marries her passion for artwork with interior design and has successfully completed numerous interior design projects through the years.

If you are needing some experienced design advice but do not require a full scale interior design service, the option of an interior design consultation at your home or business may be the perfect solution.

Lauren does not offer a full scale design service but she can provide you with unique and personalized ideas to refresh your space. Her interior design consultations include a broad spectrum of services such as paint colours, furniture placement, resourcing furniture/textiles, room plans, furniture accessory shopping and artwork implementation.

Interior Design consult fees are $150.00+ applicable tax for first 90 minute consultation and $75.00 per hour + applicable tax for work thereafter.

Bringing in original artwork to a property for sale elevates the overall appearance and attraction to a prospective buyer.

Fees are reasonable and customers say worth it for preparing for a property sale.

Most of the artwork on this site is available for renting short term or long term.

Minimum rental is for one week and fees start at $75.00 per week depending on size and number of paintings rented.

Delivery, installation and pick up fees are extra.

Lauren has worked with several builders over the years who find that placing artwork in the show home not only elevates the home but gives the buyers an opportunity to purchase the furniture, accessories and artwork at time of sale.

When artwork is rented for a show home, Lauren will collaborate with the builder or builder's design team to choose the artwork that transcends to the impeccable model home.

Lauren's studio is stocked with over 100 paintings to choose from to rent for your film project. She will work with the set designers to find the perfect pieces for individual sets.

Lauren is very experienced in dealing with film sets for the rental of artwork and her work as appeared in many films. She has also served as an art consultant on 3 films.
