Frequently Asked Questions
Most shipments are processed within 3 business days from time of order and payment. delivery time will vary depending on which country the artwork is being shipped to and whether the delivery is via ground or air shipping.
Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and bank e-transfer.
1.) To return the artwork, please pack it up with care in the same box and packing materials you received.
2.) Contact info@paintingsforsale.net for a pre-paid shipping label.
3.) Upon receipt of the returned artwork, you will receive a full refund for the artwork less the cost of shipping and return shipping. The return shipping cost will be determined once a quote is received from the return shipping carrier. There are no refunds for any brokerage fees that may have been charged to you at time of delivery. Any brokerage fees incurred on the return of artwork will not be charged to you.
If you have paid any extra taxes and/or duties to the country of delivery, you must apply directly to the appropriate office to apply for a refund of taxes/duties paid.
For Artwork that was delivered within the metropolitan area of Vancouver:
In the case your artwork was delivered locally, there is a $130.00 including applicable tax for pick up of the artwork. Notify info@paintingsforsale.net to arrange a pick-up day and time within 14 (fourteen) days of the original delivery date. After artwork is picked up or delivered back to Lauren’s studio, you will receive a full refund less amounts charged for the original delivery fee and return pickup fee.
(Delivery fee is $130.00 including applicable tax within Metro Vancouver.)
For Artwork that was delivered to Bowen Island or Whistler, B.C.:
In the case your artwork was delivered to Bowen Island or Whistler, B.C. there is a $175.00 charge (including applicable tax) for pick-up of the artwork. Notify info@paintingsforsale.net to arrange a pick-up day and time within 14 (fourteen) days of the original delivery date. After artwork is picked-up or delivered back to Lauren’s studio, you will receive a full refund less amounts charged for the original delivery fee and return pick-up fee.
(Delivery fee is $200.00 including applicable tax to Bowen Island or Whistler, B.C.)
