Most shipments are processed within 3 business days from time of order and payment. delivery time will vary depending on which country the artwork is being shipped to and whether the delivery is via ground or air shipping.
All artwork is professionally packed, shipped, and insured by the courier. If your painting arrives damaged, please contact the delivery company immediately and take clear photos of the damage.
Also email info@paintingsforsale.net with the photos so we can support you in the claim process. Please note that any damage caused during shipping is the responsibility of the courier, not the artist.

You have 14 days from the day you receive your artwork to let us know at info@paintingsforsale.net if you’d like to return it for a refund.
Attention! (After 14 days, we’re unable to offer refunds).
To return your artwork, please pack it carefully using the same box and materials it arrived in.
Email info@paintingsforsale.net to request your prepaid return shipping label.
Once the artwork is received back, you’ll get a full refund minus the original shipping and return shipping costs (return cost is based on the carrier’s quote).
Brokerage fees paid at delivery are non-refundable; however, if you paid extra taxes/duties in your country, please contact your local authority to request a refund.
For local Metro Vancouver deliveries, return pickup costs $130 (incl. tax). A pickup must be scheduled within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are issued after the artwork is returned, minus the original and return delivery fees.
For deliveries to Bowen Island or Whistler, return pickup costs $175 (incl. tax). A pickup must be scheduled within 14 days. Refunds are issued after the artwork is returned, minus the original and return delivery fees.
About every six months, gently dust your painting with a soft, dry cloth or a feather duster.
If needed, you can very lightly dampen the cloth with clean water – never use cleaning products or chemicals.
